Property development and management firm Ocubis has instructed Ideal Land to market 36-46 Albert Embankment for £50M
The prime 0.45-acre freehold, Thames facing site, has gained planning permissions for two towers designed by Make. The scheme will consist of 166 residential apartments with underground parking, pool, gym, offices and shops.
