Property development and management firm Ocubis has brought its SE1, Albert Embankment scheme to market
The site at 36-46 Albert Embankment is a riverfront space of close to half an acre. The former petrol station that occupied it will be transformed into two 25-storey towers, spanning 19,773 square meters and comprising of 166 apartments.
Ideal Land and Strutt & Parker have been instructed and are asking for £50m, with the final bid deadline on the 13th of November.
